Support and safety
6py is provided by GAZİOĞLU YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. Data controller and support contact: info@gazioglu.com.tr. Effective: 1 November 2026. The service is for people aged 16 and over.
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, child abuse, illegal content and spam are prohibited. Use Report and Block in chats/shared content; send the content ID and a short explanation to support for safety issues. Do not send unnecessary private content, passwords or payment details. Authorized moderators review reports and may restrict content/accounts. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for app support.
In the app, open Settings > Privacy and account controls > Delete account, enter your password and confirm. Export your data first if wanted. If you cannot access the app, email info@gazioglu.com.tr from your registered address with subject “6py account deletion”. Identify the account with its registered email only; do not send a password, ID document or bank information. We verify ownership before deletion. You can initiate an access or deletion request through support without reinstalling the app.
Without closing your account, delete your own person, event, memory or task from its detail screen. Selected record content is cleared; content-free sync tombstones and operation identifiers may remain while the account exists. Memory media is removed through the erasure queue. To request deletion outside the app, email info@gazioglu.com.tr from your registered address, subject “6py data deletion”, identifying the record type/ID without private content or passwords. We verify ownership. Other records and your account remain; independent copies held by others are not deleted.
Core people records, normal reminders, chat, memories, circles/sharing and tasks are free. Free Daily allows 1 active recipient/3 daily slots; Ad-Free 1/3, Plus 5/4, Family 15/5. Optional subscriptions renew annually; Google Play displays local prices and cancellation terms before you approve payment. Family belongs to one purchasing account. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Manage/cancel in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. This version offers no AI suggestions, donations, monthly plan or credit sales.
